CTA
The Chicago Transit Authority is always updating the way in which riders can obtain riding information, including GPS tracking of their busses online. It is best to either visit the CTA web site or call them directly at 1-888-968-7282 or 312-836-7000.
Metra
Metra Rail offers service between the city and Cook, Kane, Will, McHenry, Lake, and DuPage counties, as well as several Indiana and Wisconsin towns. Visit the Metra web site or call them for schedules and prices at 312-836-7000.
Drive & Park
Below are the most common highway routes to arrrive at our office. If you do not find directions from your location please call our office and we will be happy to assist you. A "Live/Interactive" Google map is located at the bottom of this page for your convenience.
Parking:
Discount parking is available at 222 E. Huron, one block from our address. The parking structure is just East of St Clair, and can be entered from both Huron and Superior. Validation in our office is required for the discount.
From the North Side, Northern Suburbs and Wisconsin:
I-94 south to the junction of the Edens Expressway (I-94) and Tri-State Tollway (I-294); south on the Edens to Kennedy Expressway (I-90 & I- 94); Kennedy to Ohio Street Exit; Ohio Street east to Fairbanks Court; north (left) on Fairbanks to Northwestern Memorial campus.
Sheridan Road south to Lake Shore Drive; Lake Shore Drive to Chestnut Street (stop light); right turn, then immediate left turn, onto southbound Inner Lake Shore Drive; south to Huron Street; west (right) on Huron to Northwestern Memorial campus.
From Northwest, Northwest Suburbs, Elgin and Rockford:
Northwest Tollway (I-90) east to Kennedy; Kennedy to Ohio Street Exit; Ohio Street east to Fairbanks Court; north (left) on Fairbanks to Northwestern Memorial campus.
From the West Side, Western Suburbs and Aurora:
East-West Tollway (I-88) east to Eisenhower Expressway (I- 290); Eisenhower becomes the Congress Parkway; east on Congress to Lake Shore Drive; north (left) on Lake Shore Drive to Illinois Street/Grand Avenue exit; west (left) on Grand to Columbus Drive; north (right) on Columbus (becomes Fairbanks) to Northwestern Memorial campus.
From Southwest Side, Southwest Suburbs and Joliet:
Stevenson Expressway (I-55) north to Lake Shore Drive; north on Lake Shore Drive to Illinois Street/Grand Avenue exit; west (left) on Grand to Columbus (becomes Fairbanks); north (right) to Northwestern Memorial campus.
From the South Side and Southern Suburbs:
I-57 or Calumet Expressway (I-94) north to the Dan Ryan; north on the Dan Ryan to the Congress Parkway Exit; east on Congress to Lake Shore Drive; north (left) on Lake Shore Drive to Illinois Street/Grand Avenue exit; west (left) on Grand to Columbus (becomes Fairbanks); north (right) to Northwestern Memorial campus.
Lake Shore Drive (Rte. 41) north to Illinois Street/Grand Avenue exit; west on Grand to Columbus (becomes Fairbanks); north (right) to Northwestern Memorial campus.
From Indiana:
Borman Expressway (I-80 & I-94) west to the Calumet; north on the Calumet to the Dan Ryan; north on the Dan Ryan to the Congress Parkway Exit; east on Congress to Lake Shore Drive; north (left) on Lake Shore Drive to Illinois Street/Grand Avenue exit; west (left) on Grand to Columbus (becomes Fairbanks); north (right) to Northwestern Memorial campus.
Indiana Toll Road (I-90) to the Chicago Skyway; north on the Skyway to the Dan Ryan; north on the Dan Ryan to the Congress Parkway Exit; east on Congress to Lake Shore Drive; north (left) on Lake Shore Drive to Illinois Street/Grand Avenue exit; west (left) on Grand to Columbus (becomes Fairbanks); north (right) to Northwestern Memorial campus.
