During regular telephone hours (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM):
Please call (312) 335-1133 and then press "0" and ask for a same day
appointment. If your physician is not immediately available, one of our
other physicians will be glad to take care of you.
After hours, weekends, and holidays: You may reach our physician on
call through our answering service (312) 987-4340. Note, prescription
refills, appointments, and non-urgent needs can be attended
during regular business hours.
In the event of an emergency (a potentially life-threatening event)
Dial 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
Your physician can be contacted after your safe arrival.
