Our Philosophy and Goals

The practice of medicine combines art and science to help you maintain or achieve well being. The relationship we develop is a key factor in your health. This relationship can have beauty when your individual symptoms are united with the universal laws of medical science to arrive at a diagnostic and therapeutic plan.

Our goal is to make your experience with us as pleasant and convenient as possible. Our objective is to practice quality Internal Medicine in a group setting. Personal concern for the patient is one of our major commitments. We are continually looking for the latest healthcare developments which will enhance our efforts on your behalf.

Hours

• Business Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinic and Laboratory hours may exted beyond the regular business hours to accomodate urgent care needs. You will be informed if this is your case.
• After hours, weekends, and holidays: If you are calling outside our regular business hours, you may reach our On-Call Physician through our answering service (312) 987-4340. Important Note: prescription refills, appointments, and non-urgent needs are to be attended during regular business hours. Please note that effective January 1, 2009, after-hours calls may incur a charge for services given over the telephone by the on-call physician.
• In the event of an emergency: In a potentially life-threatening event: Dial 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room. Your physician can be contacted after you have been safely attended to.

Payment Policy

Please download a copy of our complete Payment Policy, print, sign and bring it to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to download or print the policy, we will provide you with a copy at the time of your visit.

There is a $50 Cancellation fee for missed appointments or if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
