Introduction

We have created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy and to disclose our practices in gathering, using and disclosing personal information in connection with this Web site.    • While NWI has taken the proper steps to secure your PI, any PI you submit electronically will always have the potential of unauthorized interception. Every visitor to our Site, patient or otherwise, assumes full accountability for the electronic transmission of their PI, as well as any damages as a result of said transmission or interception. NWI offers its web visitors the use of a SSL connection solely as a courtesy. NWI will follow all HIPAA regulations once your PI reaches our office or computers within our office.

No patient identifying information will be shared or transmitted on this Site, except as direct action performed by the patient, which NWI advices against doing so
