practice and familiarize you with our philosophy, office procedures, and

We are a group practice of physicians, board-certified in general internal
medicine. All of our members have hospital privileges at Northwestern
Memorial Hospital (NMH) which allows us to admit and follow our
hospitalized patients on a daily basis.
We understand that your time is valuable to you, and that seeing a doctor
when problems occur, instead of weeks later, is what quality medical
care is all about. Therefore, most of our patients are seen within two to
five days of the call. If you have an urgent problem and are in need of
immediate medical attention, we will see you within one business day.
We take pride in seeing patients on time which can be achieved only with
your cooperation. Since first time visits require the completion of a
registration form, we encourage all new patients to come in 20 minutes
prior to their appointment time. Having extra time for the paper work will
help us to make sure that you, as well as patients after you, can be seen
without delays.
We also encourage our patients to notify us of cancellations at least 24
hours in advance. Your courtesy helps us to accommodate patients in
need of acute care without causing delays for other patients.
